We provide general primary care pediatric services for patients from birth to 23 years of age.
These include regular well child examinations and vaccinations (and there are a lot of vaccinations in the first two years).
It also includes evaluation and treatment for illnesses. Since this is a resort area, I am happy to care for any child visiting
the Jersey Shore from other areas.
We accept most of the major medical insurance plans. Please call the office for a current list.
One of the most important jobs of a Pediatrician is to ensure that the kids are properly vaccinated. Vaccines are the most
cost effective weapon in the fight against disease because they prevent the disease. Many parents have concerns about the
rather large number of shots the little ones are getting in the early 21st Century. After all, the parents never got that
many shots. And you, the parents, are right. When I was your children's age, I only got one vaccination, for polio. Now, we
can protect your children from many of the disease I suffered through as a child. Measles,Mumps, Chicken Pox, and yes, Whooping
Cough.

One of my interests is Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. This is a problem which has been with us for centuries.
